Brigadoon - An Occasional Corner on the Internet

Ushuaia is commonly regarded as the southernmost city in the world. Mark and Alexa were originally keen to see if the city had a brewery because although they have not been to the northern most city in the world, they have been to the world's most northernmost brewery (at least at that time) - the Mack's brewery in Tromso, Norway. Alas, that was not on any of the available tours.
The weather was still misty when the Crown Princess turned from the channel into Ushuaia's port.
The Ushuaia port had a number of cruise liners berthed when the Crown Princess arrived. Ushuaia is one of the ports popular for cruises to the Antarctic.
After docking and existing the wharf, it was time to take a tour to the Tierra del Fuego National Park. This is one of the compromises that must be made when travelling on a cruise - the limited time in port means that many compromises must be made when viewing the area. Missing out on see Ushuaia was one of them.
